References to “you” mean the end User or Supplier using the website and “us” refers to the Website and owner Mecurus.
Introduction
Welcome to Mecurus, an e-commerce marketplace for stock and made to order fabric. By accessing or placing an order on Mecurus, you indicate your consent to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use or place an order on Mecurus.
Services Offered
Mecurus is an online e-commerce multi-vendor marketplace for fabrics located in Southeast Asia. Mecurus ships everywhere in the world. Choose between a Buyer or a Supplier profile. You can find Stock and Made to Order fabrics. Upon placing an order, you will pay for the service and the product will be shipped to you. After purchasing a product you may leave a rating and review. Mecurus also has a tender. It allows Users to upload auctions regarding projects they have in mind where different Users make a bid and are then eliminated or selected as the winner after four rounds. The winner completes and delivers the finished project. The usage of the platform is free.
Account and Registration
You can sign up either as a Buyer or a Supplier. Depending on what “Business Type” you choose to register with on Mecurus, the following information will be necessary to fill out: name, email, password, business type, GST tax number, address and phone number.
We will protect your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, (ii) for restricting access to your computer, and (iii) you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your account or password. Pricing
Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
This website has national and international shipping, therefore different currencies are available. The prices, products and services may change at Mecurus’ discretion.
You can pay with debit or credit card, via direct pay and Stripe. You need to pay before the product is dispatched. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be transferred back to the account from which you made the payments in respect of the order.
Ordering
If you want to place an order you need to provide us with the following information: your name, company name (if applicable), address (address, e-mail address), phone number and debit/credit card details. Once you have placed an order, the order will be shipped to you via a logistic firm. The duration of shipping depends on the location the order is being shipped to. Expect a minimum of 5 days. Domestic orders will naturally take a shorter time than international orders. Each order has an individual tracking number.
Cancellation by You
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have made payment for the same, the said amount will be reversed back to the account from which payment was made.
Cancellation by You
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you and the order has not yet been shipped, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount as a store credit, in case payment has already been made. The orders that have already been shipped will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policies for what to do next.
Final and Binding Decision
Any decision taken by us in respect of cancellation of an order shall be final and binding to you. You hereby agree to not dispute the decision made by us and accept the decision regarding such cancellation.
Payment
We at Mecurus expect the Debit/Credit card details you provide to get the services from the website to be correct and accurate. You will not provide any card details which are legally not owned by you. We will not utilize the information provided by you and will not be shared by the website with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verification, by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any debit/credit card fraud.
